Return of goods
In this special context of COVID-19, all sales are final and no refunds or returns will be possible until the end of this crisis and until we advise otherwise. Sales of masks, antibacterial gels and visors are final and no returns or refunds are offered on these products.
If you have any questions about returns, please contact our customer service at 514-928-8112. If you are not satisfied with your order, GE Sani can exchange the item(s) ordered. Items must be intact, in their original condition and packaging and exchanged within 30 days of the date of the order. Unpacked, damaged, soiled or incomplete packaging will be refused. Return shipping fee will be at your expense unless:
- the package is damaged in transit
- we made a mistake in the order.
In these 2 cases, we will send a carrier to pick up the item at your home. We will assume the cost of ordering the items we replace.
We honour the warranties of most manufacturers. Defective items may be replaced according to the manufacturer’s policies or guidelines. Shipping and handling charges may apply. If you have any questions regarding defective items, please contact our customer service department first.
Your credit card will be charged after the order has been confirmed. No additional fees will be charged without your approval.All goods purchased from GE Sani remain the property of GE Sani until payment in full is received. Taxes are calculated according to the shipping address.
